WayPath Receives a 2021 Sitecore Experience Award in the Best Digital Experience Transformation Category

Richmond, Virginia— October 5, 2021— WayPath announced today that it has received a Sitecore Experience Award (SEA) honorable mention in the Best Digital Experience Transformation category for its work with Dominion Energy. The entry was selected from more than 140 submissions, recognized for a full site redesign with Sitecore CMS for Dominion Energy, which serves more than 7 million customers across 20 states.   

The Sitecore Experience Awards 2021 recognize brands that have built truly customer-centric digital experiences with Sitecore® technology. The SEAs are awarded to Sitecore customers and their partners whose entries clearly demonstrate their Sitecore solution is delivering ground-breaking customer experiences and great overall value to their business. The SEAs highlight best-in-class brands from four specialized categories.  

WayPath has garnered this award through its focus on enhancing Dominion Energy’s digital presence, delivering a new customer-facing website with an intuitive interface, up-to-date copy, and unstinting focus on value delivery. Lyndsay Letellier, Client Success Manager at WayPath reflected on her team’s work, stating, “I could not be more proud to have been the Program Manager for this redesign effort. This is our second award for the redesign, and it is a direct reflection of an amazing partnership between our resources and our client’s resources. Through the rigorous selection process, each entry was judged by a panel consisting of Sitecore leadership from that entry’s region. There are three regions that evaluated and approved all regional selections based on specific selection and scoring criteria.
