Chief Executive Officer
As the current Chief Executive Officer of WayPath, Matt Waldau brings a wide range of experience, having worked for publicly traded organizations and establishing his own boutique consulting firm, where he assisted multiple Fortune 500 clients in optimizing their platform investments. With over 25 years of experience in the insurance and financial services markets, his extensive knowledge of business processes and technologies allows him to deliver prompt and effective results to his clients. This invaluable experience helps him anticipate potential challenges and implement innovative solutions that make a significant difference for his clients’ businesses.
Matt began his career in the advent of the exploding HMO business and has leveraged his IT and finance background to drive automation and cost reductions through pragmatic technical solutions. The former Principal of DocComp Solutions, Matt joined WayPath in 2015 and understands first-hand the benefits and challenges of leveraging off the shelf software packages. A graduate of Florida Southern College with a degree in business administration with a concentration in managing information systems, Matt has experience in leading operational teams and project teams, harnessing his passion for technology to drive measurable business value.
