It’s expensive to fail. And sometimes, we might not even know why we are failing. Organizations do not take the time to review their Digital Engagement and Website strategies every day, and sometimes they don’t know what they don’t know. Please join Jeff Hansen, our Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Security Officer, as he discusses Digital Strategy and how to best leverage your Content Management System.
The first five registrants for this webinar will receive a complimentary Digital Audit and have an opportunity to see our team of experts’ work first-hand!
In this expert panel discussion, we will examine:
- Who owns the Digital Strategy at an organization
- Common customer complaints of organizations’ websites
- Common pain points of organizations’ current platforms
- How to know when to keep what you have vs. getting a new Content Management System (CMS)
About our Speaker:
Jeff Hansen—
As the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Security Officer at WayPath, Jeff has brought his knowledge and passion to the company for nearly 15 years. During that time Jeff has worked in many different areas of the company but has spent the last 10 years focusing on digital engagement and marketing technology solutions, including digital experience platforms, intelligent search, and analytics. Jeff’s dual role in solution leadership and IT security gives him a different lens through which to view increasingly complex and customer data-centric solutions which are needed to compete in today’s changing landscape.
Prior to working at WayPath, Jeff developed IT solutions for the University of Virginia, where he coordinated and developed a grant-funded online virtual laboratory for the social and behavioral sciences. Jeff attended the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
Outside of the workplace, Jeff is passionate about volunteering, and he has dedicated his time and effort to various non-profits. He is a husband and father to three young children and spends much of his non-work time coaching baseball, leading Cub Scouts, and shuttling kids to swim practices.
